1. Nasi Timbel
Nasi Timbel is plain white rice, then wrapped in banana leaves to lead a normal a hot white rice and wrapped in banana leaves, wrapped in banana leaves because it will cause Sensational aromas.
HOW TO MAKE:
■ prepare the banana leaves the size of + / - 25 x 35 cm and hot cooked rice
■ put the rice on banana leaf
■ fold the left-right direction to center.
■ roll while holding the banana leaf rice in order to become solid
■ wrapped like a rice cake but left and right side is pressed into.
How to serve:
■ eaten with sour vegetable, empal, grilled chicken or fried chicken, grilled fish , tofu , salted fish jambal , chilli paste/ sambal and fresh vegetables.
