Overland journey to Pangandaran

     Jakarta - Pangandaran:

•       Via toll: Jakarta Cikampek - Cipularang - Cilenyi - Malangbong - Ciamis, - Pangandaran.
•     Via the normal channels (Touring motorcycles): Jakarta - Bekasi - Karawang - Purwakarta - Soekarno   Hatta (Jakarta) Cilenyi - Malangbong - Ciamis - Banjar - Pangandaran.

Public Transport
     * Jakarta to Pangandaran (460 miles), take a bus or Budiman Jaya Perkasa of Kp. Rambutan-Pangandaran Regular rate Rp. 60.000, - you can use the direct bus to the terminal Pangandaran which is 300 meters to the beach entrance. after that you can walk or use a pedicab (Rp 5,000 - Rp. 10.000, -)
     * Jakarta to Pangandaran (410) miles, take the bus Budiman (regular) from the terminal Bandung - Pangandaran rate Rp. 55.000, - you can directly to the terminal Pangandaran, then you can ride becak rate Rp. 5000, - - Rp. 10.000, -
     * Bandung to Pangandaran (236 miles), take the bus Bandung-Tasikmalaya-Banjar-Pengandaran, you can ride from Terminal Cicaheum. Buses that serve the Bandung Pangandaran transport is the bus Budiman, there are many options AC and Non-AC.
     * Yogyakarta to Pangandaran (385 km), Yogyakarta-bus-Kalipucang Cilacap, Pangandaran

Jakarta Banjar: take a train to Jakarta - Purwokerto, and got off at Banjar. The next to go to Pangandaran you can use the bus 3 / 4 as Sari Bakti Utama, Budiman, Sonny, etc. Or the use of small vans such ELF.
